Bridge the Bump designs and manufactures out of Toronto, ON, Canada by sisters-in-law Danielle Tchao and Freda Langelo. The idea behind the company was born right around the time that their children, two beautiful baby cousins, entered this world.
We are passionate moms who understand the challenge of being pregnant in the winter from our own individual experiences. All of the coat extensions from our first season in 2014 were handmade and homemade with love (on a 1954 Singer Featherweight, no less!) We are currently working closely with local manufacturers within Toronto to keep up with demand and are proud that our products are made in Canada.
Our dream is to create solutions to parents’ every day problems using a little creativity, innovation, and a lot of hard work. We strive to find a balance between our roles as mothers and as entrepreneurs and have been encouraged by so many other mompreneurs since embarking on this adventure together. Our children will continue to be a source of inspiration in the business and in our lives. We love watching them grow up together!
We're excited to be partnering up with Sara Elisabeth Photography for some fun collaborations and events in the coming months. We share key values in authenticity and customer experience and look forward to our venture together. Here's a little info on Sara:
